Jordan Holmbo, Princeton, 31

Jordan Alexander Holmbo, age 31, of Princeton, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014 in Princeton, MN. He was born on August 1, 1982, the son of Peter and Tamara (Pribyl) Holmbo in Coon Rapids, MN.

Jordan attended school and graduated from Princeton High School in 2001. He was a member of the Swim Team and Cub Scouts. Jordan was an adventurous person and enjoyed anything outdoors; trapping, hunting, boating, fishing, tubing and attending the races. He was quite the jokester with a free spirit; always ready to have fun and enjoy life. Jordan was an amazing friend and everyone loved him. He will be missed dearly.

Jordan is survived by his daughter, Kaylynn Holmbo of Newport, MN; first love and confidant, Ame Elton of Newport, MN; parents, Pete and Tammy Holmbo of Princeton; sisters, Kourtnei Holmbo of Virginia Beach, VA and Haylee Holmbo of Princeton; grandparents, Ervin Pribyl of Pipestone, MN and Lois Holmbo of Anoka, MN; three nieces, two nephews, and one more on the way; along with many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marilyn Pribyl and grandfather, Dean “Gib” Holmbo.

A Memorial Service will be held on July 9th, 2014 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton, MN at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home. A gathering of friends and family will follow at Finish Line Café, Princeton.
