Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Oak Grove for Jean Marie Schuldt, age 73, who passed away Sunday at her home. Rev. David Blume will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and one hour prior to the services Thursday also at the church. Parish prayers will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Jean was born April 15, 1942 in Minneapolis to Gustav & Dorothy (Purdy) Wallin. She grew up in Minneapolis and later moved to Elk River. Jean married Kevin Schuldt on Oct. 6, 1962 at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake. They have lived in Oak Grove since 1972. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and the St. Francis Lioness Club. Jean was a former Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader, and volunteered for many things in the community. She enjoyed camping and fishing, and was an avid Twins fan. Jean enjoyed going to all her grandkids activities.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin of Oak Grove; children, David (Brenda) of Zimmerman, Harold (Jill) of St. Cloud and Nancy (Tom) Churchill of Maple Grove; twin sister, Jan McElhone of Zimmerman; sister, Bonnie Quinlan of Waite Park; and grandchildren, Heather, Bryan, Travis, Jaclyn, Josh (Lynsy), John, Jobie, Kristin (James), Katie and Luke. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; two infant children; and brother, Roger Wallin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Lions charities or St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
