Jean M. “Molly” Moeller, 79, St. Cloud

February 20, 1937 - January 30, 2017

Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Jean M. “Molly” Moeller, age 79 of St. Cloud who passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.

Reverend Roger Botz, OSB will officiate. Burial will take place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud and after 11:30 a.m. on Friday at the church. Parish prayers will be 4:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.

Jean was born February 20, 1937 in Duelm, Minnesota to Henry and Emma (Kampa) Halfman. She married Stanley E. Moeller on September 28, 1968 at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Jean was employed at the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in St. Cloud for over 30 years, retiring in 1992. She lived in St. Cloud most of her life. Jean was a member of St. Paul’s Parish.
Jean enjoyed embroidering, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles and playing on her iPad.

Jean is survived by her husband, Stan; son, John and her precious little grandson, Ayden both of St. Cloud; sisters, Arlene Cielinski of St. Cloud, Marge Stanfield of Elk River, Mary Jane (Merlin) VanderWeyst of St. Cloud and Geraldine Foster of Foley; and brother, Gerald “Jigs” of Clear Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant brother, Richard.
