Jean B. McRae, 90, Clear Lake

Jean B. McRae, age 90, Clear Lake, MN, died Friday, December 1, 2017 at Ridgeview Place, Sauk Rapids, MN.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.

Jean was born January 23, 1927 in Ironwood, MI to John and Martha (Ahonen) Hermanson. She married William F. McRae on September 7, 1948 in Ironwood, MI. They moved to the St. Cloud area in April 1968 from Burnsville, MN. Jean was a longtime member of Salem Lutheran Church.

Survivors include son, Scott W. (Marie McMullen) McRae of South Dartmouth, MA; and Douglas J. (Mary Johannes) McRae of Clearwater, MN; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William on March 23, 2014, one sister and two brothers.

Memorials are preferred to Salem Lutheran Church.
