HASTINGS - A repeat drunken driver has been sentenced to about four years in prison for a crash that killed a woman in Inver Grove Heights in October.

Twenty-two-year-old Nicholas Indehar of Inver Grove Heights pleaded guilty Friday in Dakota County to criminal vehicular homicide.

Indehar will spend at least 2 1/2 years in prison before being eligible for supervised release. He also was ordered to pay restitution.

Indehar was accused of driving drunk in the crash that killed 42-year-old Kim Marie Caswell of Roseville.

Caswell had just finished her rounds as a home health care nurse and was on her way home when Indehar's Cadillac crashed into her minivan.

The complaint says officers smelled alcohol on Indehar. Police found an open bottle of rum in the Cadillac.
