Icy Roads Lead to Two Vehicle Crash in Morrison County

MORRISON COUNTY - Icy roads led to a two-vehicle crash in Elmdale Township on Friday.

The Morrison County Sherrif's Office says the incident happened at about noon on Abaca Road and 20th Avenue.

A Ford F-150 truck driven by 25-year-old Megan Diaz-Deleon of Burtrum was going west on Abaca Road.

Another Ford F-150 truck driven by 51-year-old James Drill of Burtrum slid out of 20th Avenue in front of Diaz-Deleon, causing both vehicles to crash.

Both cars were totaled and Diaz Deleon was taken to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls. The hospital says she has now been treated and released.
