Ice Cream Truck Provides Smiles and Sweet Treats To Foley Residents [VIDEO]
FOLEY -- There is a delicious treat making its way around Foley this summer that is making everyone scream for ice cream.
It's a sound that echos throughout the neighborhood and makes every kid run and scream for ice cream.
Sara Liebeck is the owner of the Ice Cream Machine and says she can finally check owning an ice cream truck off her bucket list.
"It's always been a dream of mine to run and ice cream truck and once the opportunity came up I couldn't resist," says Liebeck.
Liebeck has been driving the ice cream truck since April providing a sweet treat to the residents.
"I kind of do go all over from Milaca, Rice down to St. Michael," says Liebeck.
The Ice Cream Machine holds 54 varieties of ice cream flavors so there is plenty of frozen treats to choose from.
"We have the faces such as the minion, batman, tweety bird, the fudge bar and orange dream bar are pretty popular, so just a little variety," says Liebeck.
Liebeck says the ice cream truck has brought her a lot of joy but the great reward comes from the kids.
"Making the kids happy, watching them dance a block down the road when they see the ice cream truck coming, nothing but smiles, that's the best part," says Liebeck.
She says besides driving down the streets she is also available for graduation parties, employee or costumer appreciation days.
So the next time you're in need of a sweet summer treat, keep your ears listening for Liebeck and the Ice Cream Machine.
