I-94 Lanes Near St. Cloud to Open During Peak Travel This Fall

ST. CLOUD -- A major reconstruction project on Interstate 94 between St. Cloud and Collegeville is nearing completion. MnDOT is announcing some lane re-openings for weekend peak times until the project is completed in October.

All westbound lanes will be be open on Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., all eastbound lanes will be open on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and all lanes will be open during Labor Day weekend.

I-94 will still be reduced to single-lane traffic as needed during other travel times.

The new lane openings go into effect tomorrow (Friday).
