COLD SPRING -- A weekend of summer fun kicks off in Cold Spring Friday with Hometown Pride Days and FireFest.

FRIDAY, July 24th
- Community Wide Garage Sales with locations found in the Cold Spring Record.
- History Museum Open House from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the District Education Facility.
- Art Show at the ROCORI District Education Facility from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
- Midcontinent Kid's Zone with inflatables, obstacle course, and water wars from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Main Street.
- Kids' Tactical Laser Tag on Main Street from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Book Sale by Friends of the Library at City Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Medallion Hunt begins at 1:00 a.m.
- Free 40 & 8 Train Rides from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
- Bingo at the American Legion from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
- Petting Zoo in Teal's parking lot from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
- Kid's Bakery Challenge on Main Street at 2:00 p.m.
- Kid's Pedal Tractor Pull in Cold Spring Country Store parking lot at 5:00 p.m.
- Bean Bag Tournament at the American Legion starting at 5:00 p.m.
- Bar Stool Challenge at 5:30 p.m. on East Main Street.
- Belt Sander Races downtown starting at 7:00 p.m.
- Street Dance at American Legion from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. featuring Beggars Dance.

SATURDAY, July 25th
- Red River Run featuring 5K and 10K runs along with a kids' 1K fun run at Cold Spring Elementary beginning at 8:00 a.m.
- Car Show, Classic Snowmobiles and Tractors at the ROCORI District Education Facility from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Arts and Crafts, Etc. on Main Street from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Kids' Turtle Race at American Legion starts at 10:00 a.m.
- Midcontinent Kid's Zone with inflatables, obstacle course, and water wars from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Main Street.
- Kids' Tactical Laser Tag on Main Street from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
