Highway 23 Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony in Foley Thursday

FOLEY -- Officials will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow to celebrate the opening of the 8-mile Highway 23 project between St. Cloud and Foley.

Local dignitaries and MnDOT officials will gather on the west end of Glen Street in Foley across from the water tower at 10:00 a.m.

The four-lane expansion project opened to traffic last Friday afternoon.
