Highway 23 in East St. Cloud Reopening
ST. CLOUD - You will be able to drive on Highway 23/Division Street between Lincoln Avenue and Wilson Avenue by 5:00 a.m. tomorrow (Friday).
The road was closed July 26 as part of a project to reconstruct the pedestrian bridge spanning Highway 23/Division Street.
Work on the pedestrian bridge itself is now complete, and the bridge is open to foot, bicycle and wheelchair traffic.
