ST. CLOUD  - The Highway 23 expansion project between St. Cloud and Foley will resume next week.

MnDOT officials say the construction project creating a four-lane divided roadway from Highway 95 east of St. Cloud to Highway 25 in Foley will start up again on Monday.  A detour will be in place via Highway 95 and Highway 25.

Last year crews built two new lanes.  Work this year includes reconstructing the existing two lanes, building a bridge over the Elk River, and realigning all intersections.
