Highway 23 Detour Extended in East St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - Our heavy rain this past weekend has caused a detour on Highway 23 in east St. Cloud to be extended.

Traffic is being detoured via Wilson Avenue, East St. Germain Street, and Lincoln Avenue.

The closure is necessary for MnDOT crews to relocate utilities under the road.  It's part of the pedestrian bridge replacement project.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.
