Highway 15 Ramp Opening Delayed Until Thursday

ST. CLOUD -- The rain is delaying the opening of temporary ramps on Highway 15 in St. Cloud.

The ramps were to open as part of the Diverging Diamond Interchange project at Highway 15 and Stearns County Road 120.

The ramps will now open tomorrow.
