Heritage Drive/County Road 1 Open to Traffic

SARTELL -- A much-anticipated roundabout in Sartell has opened to motorists. The roundabout at Stearns County Road 1 and Heritage Drive is open to through traffic as of Thursday morning.

There are still some lane closures in place as crews continue putting the finishing touches on the project. But, Heritage Drive and Evergreen Drive are open to traffic.

Lane closures will be in effect along County Road 1 between Highway 15 and LeSauk Drive for 3-to-4 days as crews work to close the median to LeSauk Drive.

Access to local businesses from Highway 15 will be via County Road 1 to the new roundabout and then use either Evergreen Drive or the right-in/right-out entrance to LeSauk Drive on southbound County Road 1.
