Henry 'Hank' Grabuski age 92 of Foley died, May 26, 2017 at Quiet Oaks Hospice House, St. Augusta. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 2, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Popple Creek. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 AM prior to the service in the church fellowship hall. Burial with full Military Honors will be in the Church Cemetery. Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Henry Louis Grabuski was born February 4, 1925 in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota to William and Tillie (Gratke) Grabuski. He was baptized, confirmed, and raised in the Lutheran Faith at St. John's Lutheran Church, Popple Creek. He served in then US Army during WWII, stationed in the Pacific Theatre from 1945-1946. Hank worked in road construction for 35 years, retiring in 1987. He married Sally Hamer on December 2, 1967 at Court Street Methodist Church, Rockford, IL. Hank enjoyed dogs, hunting and fishing, and going for walks. He was a member of the Rice Sportsman Club since 1962; Life Member of the National Rifle Association; Sauk Rapids American Legion, Post 254; International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49; Member, Deacon, Bell Ringer and Cemetery manager at St. John's Lutheran Church, Popple Creek.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sally, Foley, brothers, Bill (Shirley), Mendota Heights and Ellard (Edna), Sauk Rapids, 2 nieces and 3 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Albert, Willard, Paul, Leonard, Harry and sisters; Helen Fonsica, Alma Kiekow and Clara Grabuski. The family would like to thank, Doctors Patrick Lalley, Bernard Erickson, David Shuster, John Matsuura; the CentraCare team and Hospice; and Quiet Oaks Hospice House who cared for Hank over the years.

Memorial are preferred to St. John's Pioneer Cemetery, CentraCare Hospice or Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
