Heavy Rains Flood Streets in St. Cloud Metro [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

Heavy rains caused street flooding across the St. Cloud metro area this afternoon.

St. Cloud Police advised people to avoid these areas because of street flooding:

-- 9th Avenue at Highway 23
-- 25th Avenue and 4th Street North by the railroad tracks
-- 24th Avenue and 7th Street North
-- Cooper Avenue North and 3rd Street North
-- Veterans Drive and 33rd Avenue North

Crews set up barricades to keep people out of the affected areas.
