WHAT IS THE 21 DAY MEDITATION EXPERIENCE?

Oprah's  "21 Day Meditation Experience" is supposed to be a great way for those who have never tried meditation, to experience it, in a fun, easy, inspiring and interactive online program.

Her goal is to help people gain increased peace, joy and well-being. She teamed up with Deepak Chopra, the Founder of The Chopra Center for Well Being,  who is acknowledged as a Master Teacher of Eastern Philosophy in the Western world.
