Hasting’s Woman Hurt on University Drive and 5th Avenue South

ST. CLOUD -- A Hasting's woman was taken to the St. Cloud  Hospital after she hit another car while trying to enter the roundabout.

The St. Cloud Police Department says the incident happened on University Drive and 5th Avenue South shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Eighteen-year-old Brittany Lee of Hastings was trying to merge into the roundabout while northbound on 5th Avenue South. Twenty-five-year-old Andrew Pedretti of Victoria was already in the roundabout about to exit onto eastbound University Drive South.

Lee hit Pedretti's car while trying to enter the roundabout. Lee was taken to the Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Pedretti was not hurt.
