Harriet Ann Schoemer, 90, St. Cloud

February 8, 1925 - February 3, 2016

Private family services will be Friday February 5, 2016 at the Williams Dingmann Funeral Home Chapel in St. Cloud for Harriet A. Schoemer who died Tuesday in Waite Park. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Waite Park.

Harriet was born in St. Augusta to John & Adeline (Benoit) Kieke. She married Hilary N. Schoemer on March 22, 1947 at St. James Catholic Church in Jacobs Prairie. She worked at the St. Cloud Hospital as a staffing secretary for many years. She is a former member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waite Park and the Waite Park American Legion Post # 428 Lady’s Auxiliary.

Survivors include her son, Ted (Karen) of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Bryan Schoemer, Amanda Schoemer and great grandchildren, Cameron Schoemer and Dominic Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Sharon Beckey, brother, Kenneth Kieke and sister, Dorothy Happeth.
