Hanowski Traded By Penguins For Future Hall Of Famer Iginla

SCSU forward and Little Falls native Ben Hanowski was traded by the Pittsburgh Penguins along with a first round pick to the Calgary Flames for future Hall of Famer Jarome Iginla.

In over 1,000 regular-season games, all with Calgary, Iginla notched 525 goals and 570 assists. He has 28 goals and 21 assists in 54 career playoff games.

Hanowski was a third-round pick in 2009, has 16 goals and 13 assists in 34 games this season.
