Handgun Found In St. Wendel Township

ST. WENDEL TOWNSHIP -- A Stearns County resident found a handgun on County Road Four in St. Wendel Township last week.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the resident reported and turned the handgun over to deputies on August 12th.

Officials say the owner of the handgun has not been identified. If you have lost a handgun recently you're asked to contact the Stearns County Sheriff's Office to identify it.
