Habitat For Humanity Brings Families Home For The Holidays

Habitat For Humanity wanted to have four families in new homes for the holidays, and it looks like they've succeeded. The houses are finished, and there will be 3 ribbon-cutting ceremonies to celebrate this exciting achievement. The first one is today from 5:30 to 6:30 for the Strand family home, located at 1142 31st Ave. N. Tomorrow, (Tuesday) the Ahmed/Ali and Ali/Elmi homes, which are next door to each other, will celebrate from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 237 and 301 8th Avenue South. The celebration will end with the Hansen Home dedication tomorrow (Tuesday) from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. All celebrations include an open house and light refreshments.
