ST. CLOUD -- It's a show you can sink your teeth into, as GREAT Theatre's performance of 'James and the Giant Peach' hits the stage this weekend.

The story follows a boy named James on his journey to New York City on a giant peach with several over-sized bugs.

Joseph Richards plays the role of James and says his character goes through a roller coaster of emotions on his journey.

"He has frequent nightmares one minute, the next he is happy because something is going his way. He can never really tell how it's going to turn out in the end," says Richards.

Abby Overby plays the magical story teller Ladahlord. She says her personality helps bring her character to life.

"I get to have fun the whole show. I get to be on stage and be goofy and have a blast," says Overby.

Tickets for the show are $13 and can be found at the Paramount Theatre box office. The show starts tonight (Friday) at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
