MINNEAPOLIS -- Granite City Food and Brewery is launching it's own bottled beer line.

The company has partnered with distributors to have it's beers bottled and available for sale in liquor stores and grocery stores in states throughout the upper midwest.  Granite City will begin selling three of it's beers in the St. Cloud, the Twin Cities, Sioux Falls, Fargo, and various markets in Kansas next month.

The inaugural batch to be bottled will include Northern Lager, Duke of Wellington, and Brother Benedict's Bock.

Earlier this month, the company announced that it's beer would be sold in Xcel Energy Center, with more venues expected in the future.

The restaurant chain operates 26 restaurants in 11 states.  Granite City opened it's first restaurant in St. Cloud in 1999.
