Governor Dayton Vetoes Bill With $900 Million In Cuts

ST. PAUL (AP) — Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton has vetoed a Republican-crafted bill with $900 million in state budget cuts.
Dayton has criticized efforts by GOP lawmakers to chip away at a more than $6 billion budget deficit without outlining a broader solution.
He’ll unveil his two-year budget next week.
