The Gopher women's basketball team defeated Northern Arizona 82-74 Wednesday night at Williams Arena.  The win gave head coach Pam Borton her 173rd victory in her career as Gophers head coach and she became the all-time winningest coach in Gopher women's basketball history.  Minnesota was led by Katie Loberg with 20 points and 9 rebounds and Kiara Buford added 17 points for the Gophers.  Minnesota is 8-5 overall and will play their Big Ten opener at Illinois December 30.
