Gopher Basketball Routs Northern Illinois

The Gopher basketball team defeated Northern Illinois 77-56 Sunday afternoon.

Minnesota led 29-23 at halftime. Reggie Lynch led the Gophers with 18 points and 11 rebounds and Jordan Murphy added 12 points and 10 rebounds.

The Gophers improve to 10-1.
