ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud's largest natural food cooperative is larger and more stylish than ever.

The Good Earth Co-op recently expanded into the shopfront located next door in Centennial plaza, resulting in more deli seating, a community space and larger restrooms.

Melinda Asmus is the general manager of Good Earth. She said these were the main suggestions from members on how to improve the co-op, and she's pleased with the results.

Asmus says these are the changes co-op members had been suggesting, and she's confident the changes will be a positive force in the community.

Asmus says comment boxes and member meetings lead to the project ideas.

Good Earth plans a phase two of remodeling, which will move the kitchen from its existing location into the new space. That project will be tackled next year.
