PINE CITY - The BCA says they've arrested a suspect after a reported sexual assault in Pine City. The man's identity, and the age of the girl, have not been released yet.

A girl says she was sexually assaulted Tuesday night in a park in Pine City in east central Minnesota.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says it happened just after 9:00 p.m. in Robinson Park. The girl says she was on the playground when a man approached her and asked her numerous times to get in his car with him. The girl says when she refused to go, the man removed her pants and sexually assaulted her.

The girl says a person in the area yelled to them and the man told her to be quiet.

After the incident, the suspect got into his car and drove south on 5th Street Southeast and then west on 3rd Avenue Southeast.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20's. He was wearing a bright orange sweatshirt, blue jeans, and his shoes had bright green shoe laces. The man also had short blond hair and acne on his face. The suspect's vehicle is a lighter colored four door car.
