ST. CROIX FALLS, Wis. (AP) - A toddler whose disappearance in Polk County drew scores of volunteers to help in a search for the boy will be memorialized in a public visitation.

The body of 2-year-old Isaiah Theis was found in the trunk of a car last week on his family's property near Centuria. A preliminary autopsy shows the toddler died from hyperthermia.

A visitation Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Trollhaugen ski resort in Dresser will be open to the public. A private funeral is scheduled Wednesday morning at Alliance Church of the Valley in St. Croix Falls.

The family's pastor, Rev. Rick Van Gundy, says that the boy likely climbed into the car trunk himself after grabbing the keys.
