Funeral Services Have Been Set for Officer Tom Decker

COLD SPRING – The family of officer Tom Decker, along with the Law Enforcement Memorial Association, have finalized the visitation and and funeral arrangements for the fallen officer.

Visitation will be on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring.

The funeral has been set for Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Abbey and University Church in Collegeville.

Thirty-one-year-old Decker was ambushed Thursday and shot twice while responding to a report of a suicidal man. He was married, with two sons and two daughters from a previous marriage.

The killing shocked residents of Cold Spring. Many became teary-eyed when reporters asked them about Decker.The suspected shooter is 34-year-old Ryan Michael Larson of Cold Spring. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder
