Frank P. Prokott, 88, Sauk Rapids (formerly of St. Cloud)

June 27, 1927 - August 17, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church for Frank P. Prokott, age 88, of Sauk Rapids and formerly of St. Cloud, who passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Reverend Timothy Gapinski will officiate. Inurnment will be at the Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery in Little Falls.

Family and Friends may call from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at the Church.

Frank was born on June 27, 1927 to Michael, Sr. and Angeline (Witucki) Prokott in Bowlus, MN. He married Deloris “Dee” A. Majeski on June 1st, 1953 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Minneapolis.

He is survived by his wife; children, James (Theresa) Prokott of Brooklyn Park, Patricia (Harvey) Baron of Royalton, Virginia (Robert) Johnson of Sauk Rapids, Debora (Myron) Ertl of St. Joseph, Karen (Thomas) Welle of Clear Lake; brothers, Sylvester and Ignatius; grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, John, Mark and Mike Prokott, Rosaline Carter, Agnes Burggraff, Veronica Strozyk and Theresa LaValle.
