Former Twin Gary Gaetti to Throw Out First Pitch at River Bats Home Opener [AUDIO]
Former Twin 3rd baseman Gary Gaetti will be the special guest of the St. Cloud River Bats for their home opener tonight when they host Duluth at 7:05 p.m.
Gaetti will be on hand to sign autographs, take pictures and throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
Gaetti played 10 seasons with the Twins from 1981 – 1990, won 4 Gold Gloves as a 3rd baseman and appeared in 2 all star games.
His son, Joe, played for the River Bats in 2002 and hit .275 with 8 homeruns and 36 RBIs.
I got a chance to talk with Gaetti this morning on WJON, and he says he's looking forward to tonight's game.
