Former Sauk Rapids Jewelry Store Transforming Into New Bistro
SAUK RAPIDS - A new eatery is being planned for downtown Sauk Rapids.
The city council will consider the approval of a liquor license tonight (Monday) for "Citizens Wine Vault & Bistro".
The applicants, Guy Sprenger and Kyle Ohme of St. Cloud, have signed a purchase agreement to buy the former Turch Jewelry & Gift Shop building at 24 North Benton Drive. They plan to open sometime on or after December 1st.
