Foley Woman Hurt After Losing Control on Icy Roads

MORRISON COUNTY -- A Foley woman suffered minor injuries after her car went in the ditch yesterday (Thursday) morning.

27-year-old Amanda Boeckman was heading southbound on Highway 10 when she hit an ice patch and lost control of her 2002 Chevy Silverado.

The vehicle then spun out into the ditch striking the dirt embankment.

Boeckman suffered non-life threatening injuries.

He passenger, 28-year-old Christopher Boeckman, had no apparent injuries.
