UPDATE: Winter Storm Watch Cancelled for Central Minnesota

UNDATED - The National Weather Service has cancelled the Winter Storm Watch for Stearns, Douglas, Todd and Morrison counties.  The main area of freezing rain and snow will now be further north near the Brainerd area.

Another round of wintry precipitation, with light freezing rain, rain, sleet and snow is expected to expand from west to east across the area this afternoon into Tuesday morning.Snow accumulations across parts of western and northern Minnesota of 3 to 7 inches are expected, where a winter storm watch is in effect.Cold air will infiltrate the region by Thursday, with highs commonly in the 10 below to 5 above range.
