ROSEVILLE (AP) - Authorities say a driver was injured and his vehicle was damaged after a chunk of ice flew off of a semitrailer on a highway in Roseville.

Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Tiffani Nielson says a 44-year-old West St. Paul man suffered minor injuries in the Wednesday afternoon incident on Highway 36. She says the driver's windshield was destroyed.

Nielson says the semitrailer driver was traveling at freeway speeds when the sheet of ice flew off his vehicle and struck the SUV.

The semitrailer driver kept going and hasn't been located.
