Florian “Floyd” H. Weiser, 80, Sartell

December 18, 1934 - April 28, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 4, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell for Florian “Floyd” H. Weiser, age 80, who passed away Tuesday at Sterling Park Healthcare Center, Waite Park. Rev. Timothy Baltes will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Florian was born Dec. 18, 1934 in St. Paul to Vincent & Clara (Stumpff) Weiser. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Floyd married Rosemary Kimlinger on Dec. 20, 1985 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St. Paul. He worked for the City of St. Paul in the sewer department. Floyd has been at Sterling Park since 1997 due to a brain injury. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Floyd enjoyed fishing on Mill Lake, bird watching, and baking bread. He had a great sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemary of Sartell; and his sons, Larry, Thomas, Raymond and David all of St. Paul; granddaughter, Victoria Weiser; brother and sister, Joseph Weiser of Woodbury and Marlys Jorgenson of Little Canada. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents.
