Flood Warning Posted for Sauk River in St. Cloud

The Sauk River is on the rise again.  And the National Weather Service says the river is expected to rise above flood stage by Tuesday night, causing some minor flooding in St. Cloud.

So, they’ve posted a Flood Warning for the Sauk River in St. Cloud from Tuesday evening to Saturday, July 23.

The Weather Service says the Sauk River was at 5.0 feet this morning in St. Cloud.  Flood stage is 6.0 feet.

There are two homes along the river that may experience flooding, according to the National Weather Service.

The last flood crest on the Sauk was back on April 11th when the river crested at 6.1 feet.
