Fire Marshal Report Says Man Killed in Garage Fire Started the Fire

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Fire Marshal says a man who died in a burning garage last month started the fire.

The report says 24-year old Torrey Wiebke barricaded himself inside the garage at 121 36th Avenue North.  He did not have a connection to the home.

The official cause of death is listed as smoke and soot inhalation.
