Fire Danger Is High Today

UNDATED - Very low humidity and winds gusting up to 25 mph this afternoon/early evening will result in a high fire risk in areas north and west of the Twin Cities.

Although the risk is slightly lower for southern MN into west-central WI, outdoor burning is not recommended anywhere today.

This risk will subside shortly after sunset, when winds diminish and humidity will rise.
