UPDATE: 2 Hurt in House Fire in Haven Township

ST. CLOUD - Fire crews from several departments are on the scene of a house fire in Haven Township. The Sauk Rapids Fire Department is being assisted by the Clear Lake and Becker Fire Departments.

The fire is at 5656 60th Street Southeast, near Highway 10, south of St. Cloud.

The Sherburne County Sheriff says the fire call came in at 9:45 a.m. Homeowner 57-year-old David Shurrum has been airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center with serious burns. A 17-year-old girl has been treated for minor burns.

It's believed the fire started in the basement, where the family was doing some painting. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
