Fire Crews Respond to House Fire in Farming Township

FARMING TOWNSHIP - Several fire departments responded to a house fire in Farming Township on Saturday night.

Crews were dispatched to the farm on County Road 41 at about 9:50 p.m.

A neighbor called dispatch to report the fire at the home of Christopher and Kari Harrum.

The garage was fully engulfed in flames when the fire department arrived.  It also travelled through the attic of the garage and into the living area.

Several animals were removed unharmed from the home.  No one was home and there were no injuries.

The cause of the fire is not known.
