Fire Crews Remain at Verso Paper this Weekend

SARTELL - Fire crews are now in their sixth day of battling the Verso Paper Mill fire.

The scene continues to evolve to that of a demolition site, with limited fire flares found yesterday (Friday).

The paper bales continue to be pulled from the structure.

The investigation into the cause of the explosion is expected to last well into next week.

To date, 64 fire departments have assisted Sartell in the response.
