Fast Casual Restaurant Planned For Downtown St. Cloud [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD - Another new restaurant is coming to downtown St. Cloud's Fifth Avenue Live. Spokesman Brian Schoenborn says Quarks American Bento will be moving into the 125 building, next to Brothers Bar and Grill.

It's described as a fast casual restaurant. Co-owner Adam Schulte says they will be focused on superfoods and healthy eating and living.

Schulte says he and his wife Lisa wanted their new business to be in the downtown.

Schulte says most of their menu items will be between $8 and $10. Quarks American Bento wants to be known for their signature sauces.

It's expected to be open sometime in January.

Quarks American Bento will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
