Women's Self Defense Workshop!
This interactive empowerment class will cover a variety of useful and powerful techniques, including prevention and self awareness, choke defenses, and defense from ground attacks. Learn how to intelligently protect yourself and your family. Students will have opportunities to practice use of physical and verbal skills in drills and simulated attack scenarios.
Class will be Saturday January 28th and Sunday January 29th from 12:15-3:15pm.
