The Stearns History Museum is hosting their third annual fundraiser on April 24, 2014. This year's theme is 'Midwestern Flavors' and features native Minnesotan, Amy Thielen.
Amy will discuss Midwestern cuisine, her cookbook, and her Food Network show. The fundraiser will take place at the Gorecki Center at the College of St. Benedict's campus in St. Joseph.
Recipes from Amy's cookbook will be used in the meal and she will also do a cooking demonstration as part of her presentation.
The cost to attend is $75 and all proceeds will benefit the work of the Stearns History Museum's mission to collect and preserve the history of Central Minnesota.
