Tri-CAP is hosting its first annual Energy Resource Fair on Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
The event takes place at the St. Cloud Library from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Attendees will be able to apply for Energy Assistance, meet your utility vendor and learn about the Cold Weather Rule.
There will be a complimentary lunch (while supplies last) and you can register for door prizes.
