There will be a benefit for Coltin Kenning on Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Coltin's journey began before he was born. Prior to his birth, it was discovered he had Cystic Hygroma, which affects the head, neck and back. After he was born, he became very ill. After almost six months doctors discovered he had fluid in and around his brain. He has had four brain surgeries and is now seeing a neurosurgeon in Philadelphia.
There will be a spaghetti supper, bake sale and silent auction at St. Mary's Help of Christians Parish Center in St. Augusta. All proceeds will go toward Coltin's medical bills and care.
A benefit fund has been set up at US Bank and anyone interested in donating items for the silent auction should contact Stephanie at (320) 237-3600.
